This notice explains how Kelemen Anita e.v. (the “Data Controller”) processes the personal data of visitors to www.anitasmartweb.com (the “Website”) and of people who submit the contact form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

2. Contact form

When you fill in the contact form on the Website, we process the following data: name, email address, subject and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to process quote requests.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form.

Retention period: we keep this data for 1 year after the enquiry is closed or, where relevant, after the end of any resulting business relationship, unless a legal obligation (e.g. accounting or tax rules related to invoicing) requires longer retention.

Recipient: submissions are delivered by email to the Data Controller’s address, info@anitasmartweb.com; they are not shared with any third party.

3. Website analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure Website traffic. It uses cookies to collect anonymised statistical information about visits (e.g. pages viewed, session length, approximate location, device type). This service is only activated with your prior consent, given through the cookie consent banner.

Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Data transfer: data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (United States) under their own privacy policy.

Google Ireland Limited — website analytics (Google Analytics), as described above.

The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data it processes against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental loss or damage.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, free of charge, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
